Who controls Agent activity?+
Your organization selects its instructions, connected tools, permissions and approval rules. The AI & Agent Terms explain responsibility for authorized actions and the limits of pause, review and recovery controls.
Is a module a separate provider?+
A Company module is part of Uniforce. A service you connect under your own provider account has its own agreement. Company-appointed subprocessors are governed by our DPA obligations.
Which document governs personal data?+
The Privacy Policy covers processing for our own business purposes. The Data Processing Addendum covers personal data processed on your organization’s instructions. The DPA takes priority for that processing.
Which language is authoritative?+
The Uniforce documents are written in English. English is the sole authoritative language; no other language version takes precedence.
Does requesting a demo accept a service agreement?+
No. A website enquiry requests contact. Purchasing a service or authorizing live Agent activity requires the relevant service acceptance and configuration.
